Panhandle Oil and Gas Inc. Announces Two-for-One Stock Split

OKLAHOMA CITY Sept. 11, 2014 – PR Newswire - PANHANDLE OIL AND GAS INC. (NYSE: PHX) announced today that its Board of Directors declared a two-for-one stock split of the Company’s Class A Common Stock to be accomplished in the form of a stock dividend.  The additional shares will be distributed on Oct. 8, 2014, to shareholders of record on Sept. 24, 2014.  Each shareholder will receive one additional share for each share held at the close of business on Sept. 24, 2014.
